The first step is to prepare your favorite grill or grill pan and turn the heat on. Get a trays of Black Angus Ribeye. Take out the steak and place it comfortably on a wooden chopping board. Sprinkle the meat with salt to taste. Set it aside for a moment. During this time, cut in half 1 head of garlic. Rub the garlic nicely on the steak to absorb the aroma and taste.
Sprinkle a little olive oil on the pan or grill. Place the beef and sear for 3 minutes on each side. While searing, add some rosemary on top of the steak and leave it there until you turn to give it flavour. After 3 minutes, turn the meat over and cook for another 3. Now it's time for the butter.
Melt a small cube of butter onto the ribeye. After that remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. All done for plating, that is if it even gets to the plate at all.
How you serve it - it is up to your own imagination. We decided that the ribeye was feeling comfortable enough on the chopping board, although it didn't stay there for long. Get a cold beer or pour a nice glass of red and enjoy! Bon Apetit!
