The ingredients list for this recipe is short, but just about enough. You do not need much more. Most of these products you probably already have in your kitchen, and if not, they are all available at any grocery store. Just a reminder - U.S. Black Angus Beef does not require marinating and most surely does not require over-cooking. Marbled U.S. Beef is delicious enough in its natural version.

METHOD:

Take the steak out of the package and place it on a wooden board. First of all, heat the pan or grill. Start seasoning the meat by sprinkling it with salt and olive oil. Thus seasoned beef cooks no more than 2-3 minutes on each side. It's time to take care of the garnish. Cut a nice piece of cauliflower, put it next to the beef, and put some butter on top.

Lightly roast the edges of the meat. Then remove it from the fire. Get a baking tray. Sprinkle some olive oil on it. Put Denver steak in the tray. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees.
