VIDEO RECIPES FROM MEAT REVOLUTION
Because we know how much you like Black Angus Denver steak, we provide you a super cool and more importantly - quick recipe. There are no particular difficulties in cooking this steak, but there are some things to keep in mind. The most important thing is to leave it on the fire only to medium-rare or medium degree. Only then will you fully enjoy its taste. Well-done Denver is never a good idea. Prepared in the right way, it is perhaps one of the most delicious cuts. The cool thing in this case is that proper cooking requires nothing more than a pan or grill.
- 1 tray U.S. BEEF BLACK ANGUS DENVER STEAK
- olive oil
The ingredients list for this recipe is short, but just about enough. You do not need much more. Most of these products you probably already have in your kitchen, and if not, they are all available at any grocery store. Just a reminder - U.S. Black Angus Beef does not require marinating and most surely does not require over-cooking. Marbled U.S. Beef is delicious enough in its natural version.
Take the steak out of the package and place it on a wooden board. First of all, heat the pan or grill. Start seasoning the meat by sprinkling it with salt and olive oil. Thus seasoned beef cooks no more than 2-3 minutes on each side. It's time to take care of the garnish. Cut a nice piece of cauliflower, put it next to the beef, and put some butter on top.
Lightly roast the edges of the meat. Then remove it from the fire. Get a baking tray. Sprinkle some olive oil on it. Put Denver steak in the tray. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees. Once done, the steak should be left to rest for 5 minutes. Carving the steak should be done across the grain. Finally season with salt to taste.
